F&F Bags

Working on F&F in my local Tesco, I am constantly up to date on the current stock and new highstreet trends.
Even though I have only worked on the F&F department for just under 2 years it is obvious how much the brand is evolving - not forgetting the mention in Vogue!

Just recently so many gorgeous bags have been coming into store. I am usually very picky with bags, I have to love them to buy them and they have to be specific! I have brought two bags from F&F in the past couple of weeks and I must say I am very pleased with them. They werent only a fraction of the price I'd usually spend but they are also roomy!

So next time your in Tesco take a look at F&F!
What do you think of 'supermarket' fashion?

Graduation

I graduated a week a go today! What an amazing day spent with the best people, my family and friends. We did it! :)

It was an early start to the day to be dolling myself up and putting heels on - which I decided to leave in the car, I couldn't risk tripping on stage!
After collecting the gowns and being shown which way the hat sat I had professional photos taken. I cant wait to see them, just waiting on the post.

I am very proud of what I have achieved at Northampton University and grateful for all the help my family have given, even if they were my punch bag at times - sorry!
And not forgetting the amazing group of friends I have made through the years, it wouldnt have been the same with out each of them!

Onwards and Upwards!

Facts about me!

...and that's who I am.
source

I disappeared for a while, well like 6 months or so! Third year was so stressful but I did it :) I graduated last Friday with a degree in BA Fashion - woo!!

As I've been absent and not exactly shared a lot other than uni related posts. I decided to complete this Facts about me :) it does all feel very 'Bebo' quizish! but hey ho :)

What is the last thing you bought?: A pair of new heels and some work shoes from F&F, just waiting on them to be delivered :) I have a real problem with buying shoes at the moment!

Burberry Prorsum Menswear AW14

Back in December I entered the Graduate Fashion Week Competition to win a ticket to Burberry' show. And I was one of the five winners! :)

When I received the phone call I'm pretty sure I sounded very shocked!
As I am originally into womenswear rather than mens, I was a little apprehensive but still very excited to be going to a Burberry show! So I ventured down to London last Wednesday feeling rather nervous.

It was an amazing experience being able to attend a Burberry show. to be apart of the atmosphere. I loved the map prints and the illustrations used in the collection. I also liked the printed shawl like pieces draped over their shoulders.

After the show we went backstage to talk to Christopher Bailey himself, which was not expected!!! He was so welcoming and very humble! The collection was inspired by St.Ives and Bloomsbury Artists and their paintings. He also wanted to show what maps mean today as with social media it has changed.

I had a fantastic day and will definitely remember the experience for a long time! Huge thanks to GFW for the experience.
